Don’t let the name fool you, Noah is one of our sweet FEMALE kitties here at the shelter! This two year old, black and white beauty was found on the streets of Chicago as a stray, and brought to PAWS though the city’s Animal Care and Control division. Although Noah adores her human companions, we think she’s not too sure about her feline roommates here at the adoption center, and seems to be keeping her distance from them by perching up high on shelves and cat trees. Therefore, she may prefer to be an only kitty in her ‘furever’ home, or she would probably do well with another independent kitty friend who will give her space and time alone when she needs it.

Noah seems to be a little frightened by all of the noise and commotion at the adoption center, and this sweetheart might like a ‘purrrrmanent’ home that is on the quieter side. However, Noah loves to be petted, and will lick your hand and give kitty kisses to show Noah is very affectionate and shows her appreciation for all of the head scratches she’s received! Curious and attentive, she enjoys batting at toys and inspecting what her human friends are doing. So sweet with people, and this kitty would make a wonderful companion to anyone who might be looking for a new feline friend this summer. Can you give Noah the life she’s been dreaming of?
